Pilates Tango (English version)


¨ Experience Tango from the center, breathing and fluidity ¨

The dancers coordination depends on the alingment of the body, balance and the hability to Star with a movement wisely.

Theres a small line in between the power sense in movement and the tension. With more tension you develope less fluidity and rithm in your Tango.
The key for success is to know the diference in between the eficient movement and the discoordination.

Pilates gives to Tango:

*Agility and economy of motion.
*Easy and graceful movement from the center.
*Improve balance and posture.
*Find the center in between strenght and flexibility.
*Go better with the disociation of your body.


How could a dancer connect with the wisdom of his body?

Body awareness, is the key that allow us to find the straight way to the organic movement; for sharing it after with another body.
Sharing an axis, sharing a center, and from there we can move to different variations.


Pilates Developes through the coordination of his principles to a Tango with more flexibles and alive movements.

The class goal is working the Pilates principles for the Tango dance:

Alingment
Centering
Control
Fluidity
Precision
Aisolation
Routine

The class have 3 moments:
- Pilates tenique
- The aplication to the Tango dance.
- Practice of the movement fluidity.
